Not what you expected? Return unused, undamaged standard-catalog items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective.
Custom & made-to-order
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless the piece arrives defective or materially different from what you approved.
Defects
We stand behind every print. If yours arrives broken or with a printing defect, email a photo to grove3dprintsanddesign@gmail.com within 14 days and we will reprint or refund at your option.
