Turnaround
Smaller orders (under $75 or just a few keychains) ship in 2–3 business days. Bigger orders ($75+ or 5+ items) ship in 5–7 business days because we print, assemble, and quality-check each piece by hand. Custom orders typically ship in 7–10 business days; you'll receive an estimated ship date after we accept your order.
Carriers & rates
We ship via USPS and UPS from Florida to the continental United States. Flat rate $6.99, free on orders over $75. International shipping is not currently offered — email grove3dprintsanddesign@gmail.com for a custom quote.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed through Square as soon as your label is generated. You can also view your order history and receipts in Square. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
Damaged in transit
If a package arrives damaged, email a photo to grove3dprintsanddesign@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement.

What counts as a “big order”?
A big order is any order over $75 or with 5 or more items. These take 5–7 business days because we print, assemble, and quality-check each piece by hand. Smaller orders ship in 2–3 business days.
How do you count items?
Each individual product counts as one item — a keychain, a display board, a wall mount, or a stand. The item count is the total number of products in your cart, not the number of colors or designs.
