    1. Acceptance

    By using Grove3dprints you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

    2. Products & availability

    All products are made to order in small batches. Product photography represents typical output; slight variations are inherent to hand-finished 3D printed goods. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order.

    3. Pricing & payment

    Prices are listed in USD and exclusive of taxes and shipping. Prices may change at any time; the price in effect at the time of order is the price you pay. Payment is processed by a PCI-compliant third party. We do not store payment card numbers.

    4. Shipping & risk of loss

    See our Shipping Policy for turnaround times and carriers. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package.

    5. Returns & refunds

    See our Returns Policy. Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless defective.

    6. Intellectual property

    All site content, product designs, and photography are © Grove3dprints. You may not copy, resell, or distribute our designs. If you commission a custom piece from your own IP, you warrant that you own it or are authorized to use it.

    7. Prohibited use

    Do not use the site to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malware, scrape at scale, or interfere with normal operation.

    8. Disclaimers

    Grove3dprints is a small workshop. Products are decorative or functional as described but come without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is required by law.

    9. Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

    10. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
